At Artistica Fine Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase; if a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our curator team via the support portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the item in its original gallery-grade protective packaging to ensure the fine art remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
